Cancellation policy :

Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure.

Otherwise, the cancellation policy is moderate.

  • Cancel more than 7 days before your trip begins: 75% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 25%)
  • Cancel 7 or fewer days before your trip begins: 50% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 50%)

The service fee, and the tax you pay on it, are not refundable. The protection package and other taxes are.

If you still owe some toward the booking total at the time of cancellation, you'll need to pay the remainder

Fees

  • Security deposit: $500
  • Prep fee: $50Fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. If the RV requires deep cleaning, $150.00 will be charged to cover the fees.
