Please refrain from using our services if you disagree with any of the terms and conditions which has been listed here.

  • Booking and Confirmation

    • When you make a booking through our website, you are making an offer to purchase travel services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
    • After submitting a booking request, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your booking. Please review the confirmation carefully and us immediately if there are any errors or discrepancies

    Payments

    • All prices listed on our website are currency specified and are subjected to change without notice.
    • Payment methods accepted include credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of online payment as specified on the website.
    • By giving us your payment details, you give us permission to charge the full cost of your reservation to the specified payment method.

    Cancellations and Refunds

    Most of our airline tickets, hotels, pre-paid car rentals, vacation packages, and service fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. Travel Protection Plans may be refunded within 10 days of purchase, provided travel has not commenced, and you have contacted our customer service center to cancel.

    Please note that all cancellations must be done via phone only.

    Refund requests will be considered only if the following conditions are met:

    • You have applied for a cancellation and refund with us, and the fare rules allow for it.
    • You are not a "no-show" (most "no-show" bookings are ineligible for refunds or waivers from suppliers).
    • We have successfully secured waivers from suppliers to process your refund request.

    Refund Process

    We cannot provide an exact timeline for how long a refund will take to process, as it depends on the suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.). Refund requests are processed sequentially, and you will receive an email acknowledging your request with a tracking number. This notification confirms receipt of your request but does not guarantee a refund.

    Once we have your request, we will work with suppliers to generate a waiver, if applicable, and inform you of the outcome. The original booking fees and service charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be based on the supplier's rules, and penalties may apply. This process may take 60–90 days from the receipt of your request to when the refund appears on your credit card statement.

    In cases where a refund is authorized, Travelfika may charge post-booking service fees. If a refund is not processed by the supplier, we will refund any post-ticketing service fees related to your agent-assisted request, but not the original booking fees.

    Compassion Exception Policy

    Travelfika offers special discounts under our Compassion Exception Policy (CEP) for Military, Bereavement, and Visually Impaired customers.

    Cancellation Security

    For your security, when requesting Travelfika to cancel a booking, we will send you an email with a unique Cancellation Password to the email address you used when making the booking. You must provide this password to our agent when asked to complete the cancellation request.

    If you are unable to access your email or provide the password, we may not be able to process your cancellation request. The Cancellation Password will expire within 3 hours of being issued. If it expires before we process your request, please contact us to obtain a new password.

    Travel Documents and Requirements

    • It is your duty to make sure you carry the necessary travel documentation (such as passports and visas) essential for your intended destination(s).
    • We recommend you to review the travel restrictions, entry requirements, and health advisories of your destination(s) before booking.

    Travel Insurance

    • We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected events, cancellations, or emergencies.
    • It is your responsibility to review and understand the terms, coverage, and limitations of any insurance policy you purchase.

    Limitation of Liability

    • Travelfika.com. acts as an intermediary between yourself and the suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators) and is not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of the suppliers.
    • We are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during your travel arrangements.

    Intellectual Property

    • All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Travelfika.com. and is protected by intellectual property laws.
    • You are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
