With this little trailer, you can park anywhere you want to go and feel like you are in a cozy little cabin! The layout and features of this little cabin trailer have you excited the second you walk in. With its full kitchen amenities, full bath, cozy bed with a fold down twin sized bunk above and a fold out dining table, you have plenty of sleeping options. Equipped with a gas oven, 3 burner cook top, toilet , walk in shower, fridge/freezer combo, furnace/AC, full utilities hook up, fresh water holding tank, propane tanks, and 2 electric awnings. You can live up in the mountains off the grid to enjoy nature! With it's light weight and high ground clearance, hook it up to your Jeep, Tacoma, Bronco or what ever your towing with. What's included?? Stocked kitchen with eating unitless, plates, bowls, cups, cookware, dish towels, bath towels, 1 roll of paper towels 2 rolls of toilet paper. chocking blocks, leveling pads, sewer hose, water hose, and power cord with adapters. NOTE: Bedding, camp chairs, grilles, outdoor tables, and outdoor kitchen can be added in the add-ons tab for an additional rental fee. (Outdoor equipment in photos are specific to this RV and if selected to add on, this will be the exact equipment you will get.) Tow Vehicle: Must have a class 3 hitch and towing capacity of at least 3500lbs. We offer a blue tooth electric braker controller if need for an additional $25.00 (See add-ons) PICK UP TIME: is at 10:00 RETURN TIME: Is at 4:00 PM Additional $50 per hour late fee, after 4 hours you will be charged an additional nights rental. Please plan ahead for refueling, unloading, and clean up prior to return. Scheduled pick up times need to be coordinated as we have multiple RVs in our fleet. A day earlier pick up than reservation date for loading time is NOT an option. We ask that you please dump your sewer prior prior to return. If you are unable too there is a $45.00 charge. Please Refill your propane prior to return. There is a Tractor Supply on Hwy 377 just down from our location that can refill it for you. There will be a $50 charge to refilled propane.
